Our out patient set up includes Topcon auto refractometers to check and prescribe eyeglasses, pneumotonometers to automatically check eye pressure in a no contact manner, a perimeter for visual field analysis ,and a Topcon OCT to handle retinal conditions including Diabetic Retinopathy. Along with Lenstar A scan to give the most accurate lens power calculation for lenses implanted during cataract surgery. The piece de resistance is the ZEISS LLUMERA I microscope which is the leader in the market for as far as surgical microscopes go. For MICS cataract surgery we are using the latest model of the OPTIKON phako system.
